Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 200 Cr. & employee strength of 200 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. 

Designation: Sr. Engineer NPD

Sector: Ecommerce

Location: Factory / Playpipers

Salary:50000-60000 INR

Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Plastic / Production Engineering

Experience: 6-8 Years

 Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM

Working days: 2^nd and 4^th Saturday off

Job Summary:

• Responsible for end-to-end New Product Development of plastic toys, including coordination with external mold suppliers, in-house mold trials, process validation, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NPD activities from feasibility to mass production
• Coordinate with external mold vendors for design, development, and modifications
• Conduct in-house mold trials on injection molding machines
• Optimize molding parameters and resolve quality issues
• Coordinate job work vendors and ensure quality & delivery
• Prepare trial reports, process sheets, and launch documentation
