Position Summary
We're seeking an Assistant Brand Manager passionate about food and global markets. You will be instrumental in shaping comprehensive marketing strategies, from ATL and BTL campaign development to consumer promotions and visibility initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence and market share. A critical aspect of this role involves a genuine interest in the culinary landscape, participating in product tasting and evaluation with the consumer's preferences and cultural nuances always at heart. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and analyse market trends to build strong brand equity. Main Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute smart ATL & BTL strategies for our top 6 markets, creating campaigns that truly connect with diverse cultures through engaging media, clever promotions, and standout visibility.
Consumer & Market Insights: Get to know consumers across different countries inside and out. Your understanding of their behaviours to just inform & actively shape how we build strong brand equity and awareness, making our brands truly resonate. Monitor emerging trends to proactively adjust marketing plans and maintain competitive advantage.
Build Brands People Love: Drive initiatives to build sustainable brand equity & create genuine brand loyalty. Find new ways to boost brand equity and awareness, ensuring our products aren't just noticed, but become favourites for the right audiences.
Project leadership: Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion, guiding cross-functional teams and managing timelines to deliver projects that hit market needs effectively and efficiently. Be the go-to person, bringing together internal teams, key partners, and external agencies. Ensure our business goals translate into strategically aligned campaigns and programs.
Performance analysis & reporting: Dive into the numbers and pull out the real story. Provide monthly business analyses for crucial insights, helping our teams spot trends, grab opportunities, and tackle challenges with agility.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize our A&CP budget and ensure every investment is strategic, delivering maximum impact and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 institute
