- Operations Management to ensure safe and reliable operations assigned Business Unit
- Carry out business operations in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures guided by senior management
- Adhere to risk-free business practices to ensure 100% safety in operations
- Perform recommended Q&Q checks & operational procedures during each fueling operation
- Ascertain completeness of delivery / QC documentation with necessary seal/signature
- Strictly follow road safety procedures/rules/guidelines as laid down by competent authority while driving in sensitive zones
- Report incidents/complaints promptly to line manager and avoid recurrence of such incident
- Budget Control and Cost optimization to deliver maximum throughput within the budget
- Minimize of losses in product handling during operations.
- Upkeep and maintenance of fixed / mobile assets in good condition as per maintenance guidelines to prevent breakdowns
- Commissioning and stabilization of operations for all new facilities
- Maintain necessary documentation/manuals as per statutory requirement
- Uphold checklist of necessary permits for smooth commencement of operations
- Drive operational excellence across all units of the Business
- Ensure timely operation with NIL fueling delays.
- Daily QC and routine inspections of facilities without deviations
- Adherence to safe business practices as laid down in SOP's/operations manuals
- To maintain all Operating manuals, statutory approvals, and other compliances including documentation / record-keeping in line with management guidelines
