Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop customized communication solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.
2. Implement and manage APIs for integrating various communication tools and services.
3. Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions including Vlocity components such as OmniScript DataRaptor and Integration Procedures
4. Test and troubleshoot communication solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
6. Ensure effective data management and processing for optimal communication strategies.
7. Maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and changes.
8. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for communication cloud applications.
10. Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.
11. Analyze customer engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
12. Work closely with marketing and sales teams on communication strategies.
13. Develop user interfaces and ensure they are user-friendly.
