Manager Operation ( Health Care )

Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility or units, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Collaborate with medical staff to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices in line with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and maintenance of medical and administrative equipment.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments to support integrated operations.
• Lead or assist with audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Masters degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) preferred.
