  • Purchase, Fixed Assets and ExpensesBill booking in ERP
  • Daily deposit including cheque deposit, online reciept update in system, adjustment of customer bills against reciept
  • Bank reconciliation, Interest on OD checking and comunication with bank etc.
  • Opening of local an International Letter of Credits and other banking tools.
  • Interest updation in system after obtaining statement from bank
  • Debtors online collection intimation to marketing, follow up for bill details.
  • Payment updatio (Local/Forex), Creditors TDS payment entry, 26AS updation in ERP
  • Vendor Creation, Debtors and Creditors reconciliation
  • Obtaining Debtors and Creditors Balance Confimation on period basis
  • Assisting superiors for finalization of books of accounts
  • Inventory audits in plant
  • Other requirements of day to day accounting
