JOB SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Account Management, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB), works with the Director, International Account Management, HVMB, to provide finance-focused administrative and operational support to the Homes & Villas Account Management team. This role supports key partner finance processes, including payment setup, account updates, billing and remittance support, tax invoicing coordination, payment and voucher management, reporting, database management, and partner record maintenance.

The Coordinator will support the International Account Management team and Home Management Company partners by ensuring finance-related partner processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple systems, excellent follow-through, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners across global markets. Given the global nature of HVMB's partner portfolio, flexibility in working hours is essential to support coordination across multiple geographies and time zones.

This role will report to the Director, International Account Management, HVMB.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 1+ years' experience in account management, finance administration, operations, partnerships, vacation rentals, hospitality, shared services, billing, payments, or another relevant business function
Strong organizational and project management skills with a service mindset
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and time-sensitive follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver results, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks accurately under pressure
High attention to detail, particularly when managing payment information, partner records, billing data, trackers, and system updates
Ability to work effectively with global teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones
Professional demeanour with sound judgment, discretion, and accountability
Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to support evolving processes in a growing business
Comfort working with systems, reports, trackers, partner portals, Salesforce, billing systems, and payment platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluency in written and spoken English is required

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Finance Coordination

Support finance processes for Home Management Company partners, including payment setup, account updates, billing, remittance, tax invoicing, vouchers, and related partner finance activities
Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on finance-related requests, ensuring required information and documentation is complete and accurate
Coordinate with Finance, Billing, Remittance, Tax, Operations, and Account Management teams to resolve partner finance-related queries and requests
Maintain accurate partner finance records across internal systems, trackers, Salesforce, HVMB portals, and billing platforms
Support investigation, documentation, and resolution of payment-related issues, account changes, and other finance exceptions
Prepare and maintain recurring finance and account management reports, trackers, status updates, and data checks as required
Assist with reconciliations, data validation, and system updates related to partner finance
Track open finance-related items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Support documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for finance administration workflows
Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and partner support

Support Home Management Company Partners

Manage finance-related communications with prospective and current Home Management Company partners
Respond to partner enquiries related to payment setup, billing, remittance, invoices, account updates, portal access, and finance processes
Provide partners with process guidance, status updates, and timely follow-up on finance-related requests
Coordinate and track partner activities related to financial setup, account changes, onboarding, reporting, and ongoing account support
Manage HMC financial setup and account changes on Marriott billing systems and related platforms
Maintain accurate HMC account records in Salesforce and other relevant systems
Provide HVMB portal support and training to partners as needed
Create and maintain HMC partner reporting, including account status, listing information, pricing, availability, and finance-related updates
Support onboarding and removal of home listings from the platform in coordination with Account Management and Continent Operations teams
Support partner issue resolution by coordinating across internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up
Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all partner communications
