Lead the creation and implementation of advanced training programs for IT professionals, utilizing instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and effective e-learning materials and courses. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to assess training needs, designing IT-specific curricula, using e-learning tools, and evaluating training program effectiveness. The role requires extensive experience in instructional design, strong project management skills, and innovative solutions to enhance learner engagement and performance in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Complexity: Convert technical software specifications into easy-to-understand, role-based learning paths.
Content Creation: Design and develop diverse assets, including interactive e-learning modules, "quick-start" guides, and short-form video tutorials.
Workflow Integration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training reflects real-world business processes.
Agile Iteration: Quickly update materials based on user feedback and software patches during the rollout phases.
