Use admin counsels to bounce platform components without negatively impacting other platform components.
Use admin counsels to divert traffic during application deployments.
Navigate legacy and cloud platforms in support of application deployments, validations, and rollback activities.
Make decisions in support of technical operations environments.
Assess and act on system alerts that require technical intervention and escalation as needed.
Demonstrate technical aptitude and maturity when things don't go as planned in an operational environment.
