Global Digitalization Engineer (Global Operation Support)

We are looking for a Digitalization Engineer to support MES and shopfloor digitalization initiatives within an automotive manufacturing environment. The role will focus on design, implementation, configuration, and support of digitalization and shopfloor software solutions used across production and test systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to MES, shopfloor systems, system configuration, monitoring, and pilot usecase execution, along with a solid understanding of data security and industrial IT environments.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Handson shopfloor digitalization experience
Experience in system configuration, debugging, monitoring, and support
Understanding of data security, data protection, and industrial IT standards
Ability to support pilot usecases, PoCs, and digital rollout activities
Experience conducting user trainings and technical workshops
Good communication and coordination skills with crossfunctional teams
