Intern - Operations

PulpKitchen is a food-tech start-up offering unique services that blend food, tech and logistics in a sophisticated yet efficient manner to provide farm-to-mouth solutions to consumers. We are making an entry into the rapidly growing and insanely hot food-tech scene with our first service called Cookass, which is a subscription and on-demand home cooking solution. We are a team of engineers and planners who have worked in start-ups and not-for-profits, and are now looking for a kickass operations intern to join the ship. What's expected from you Join as an active part of the team to work on day-to-day operations. Work closely with the founders to design, optimize and formalize process flows. Assist in sourcing and customer support. Willingness to work in a no-hold barred start-up environment. Experience in operations and/or customer support is a plus The ideal candidate Is willing to get hands dirty and get shit done. Is a self-starter with high ownership levels; someone who does not expect hand holding. Is comfortable in an ambiguous environment.
