As a part of the travel team, the incumbent will<\/b> work on ticketing & reservations, travel<\/font> coordination and cancellation etc.
Air Travel<\/font> itinerary planning and booking well in time as per the policy of Company for internal customers of company.
Booking of hotels and cabs for travel<\/font>ers and key cities in India and abroad.
Responsible for timely and full communication about the travel<\/font> arrangements to internal customers.
Timely, thorough and accurate processing of the invoices of travel<\/font> agents<\/font> and hotels etc.
Coordination with vendors, airlines and travel<\/font> agents, <\/b>including the travel<\/font> implants and processing of their invoices
Overall responsibility of giving a good travel<\/font> experience to internal customers.
