\n *Asking quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
\n <\/div>\n
\n *Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority
\n <\/div>

*Communicating with suppliers & service providers
<\/p>

*Answering Calls both In\-bound and Out\-bound
<\/p>

*Follow up with clients by phone\/email about their queries
<\/p>

*Keeping track on documentation, payments
<\/p>

*Follow\-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
<\/p>

*Follow the set SLA and guidelines
<\/p>

*Meet the set target
<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/h3>

Skills Required<\/b>
<\/p>\n

\n *1\-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
\n <\/div>

*Passionate about travel and tourism
<\/p>

*Proficiency in English
<\/p>

*Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
<\/p>

*Good sales skills and customer\-oriented approach
<\/p>

*Critical thinker and problem\-solving skills
<\/p>

*Team player
<\/p>

*Excellent knowledge about latest tourism trends
<\/p>

*Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
<\/p>

*Good knowledge of travel software
<\/p>

*Great interpersonal and communication skills
<\/p>

*Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
<\/p>

*Good time\-management skills
<\/p>

*Candidates with personal experience in travelling will have an advantage
