Key Responsibilities *Communicating with suppliers & service providers *Answering Calls both In\-bound and Out\-bound *Follow up with clients by phone\/email about their queries *Keeping track on documentation, payments *Follow\-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service *Follow the set SLA and guidelines *Meet the set target Skills Required<\/b> *Passionate about travel and tourism *Proficiency in English *Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage *Good sales skills and customer\-oriented approach *Critical thinker and problem\-solving skills *Team player *Excellent knowledge about latest tourism trends *Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options *Good knowledge of travel software *Great interpersonal and communication skills *Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field *Good time\-management skills *Candidates with personal experience in travelling will have an advantage
