Ensuring Co\-ordination with Hiring Managers in the US Team<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Actively Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position using ATS<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Post Openings of Job Boards, Social Media, Professional groups, and other Appropriate venues<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Do some research work and share new strategies for recruitment for team members in HR to get trained on<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Helping in creation of policy manual and documentation on Recruitment process<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Efficiently and Effectively fill Open Positions within budget and On\-time including Supporting HR Manager to close positions within defined timelines of 30 days for US Position<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n
Ensuring Complete ownership of US Sourcing along with New ways of fast\-tracking US Hiring and closing positions in 20 days<\/span><\/span>

Contributing to Overall HR function, including HR calls for US<\/span><\/span>
