Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description
Position Overview:

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for Salesforce platform related activities like user/license management, configuration, sandbox creation/refreshes, deployments, Azure Devops and performing upgrades. You will work with Developers, Architects and other key stakeholders. The role is involved with planning and prioritization of activities to resolve a wide range of issues; having gained progressive recognition as a specialist in one or more fields, and is a key contributor to multiple successful projects, and through their leadership and experience is able to inspire and help develop more junior team members; and may moderate peer review and mentor junior staff.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage Yaml Pipelines and be able to set up Pipelines for deployments.
• Maintain the platform with high standards and ensure the availability all the time for business continuity
• Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. Most importantly, enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology.
• Keep track of upgrades and enable them in a timely manner on sandboxes and production org. Work with stakeholders for performing impact analysis and validation.
• Manage and maintain inventory of app exchange packages, connected apps and external integrations.
• Manage deployment process for release agility and ensure the platform stability
• Implement security governance best practices and principles. Maintain the right level of user and application access to ensure data security.
• Effectively monitor the org with different tools and technologies for performance, availability, security and data storage.
• Perform auditing activities and generate audit reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features.

Basic Qualifications:

You will have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science engineering or related fields.
