Major Deliverables:
1. End to end transaction execution including Promoter assessment , Business model evaluation, Balance Sheet Analysis, Financial Modelling, Industry Research, Competitive landscape analysis, Preparation of Credit Memorandum for various transactions across sectors
2.Understanding criticalities of the transactions and assessment of credit risks for the transactions
3.Recommendations on specific credit covenants from risk mitigation perspective
4.Active liasioning with other internal teams as well as client teams during transaction execution
5.Assisting senior management during internal presentations
6.Assisting teams in ensuring compliances and timely disbursement
7.Portfolio Monitoring along with other teams
8.Manage internal as well as external portfolio audit requirements
9.Any other task which is relevant for the profile

Educational Qualification - MBA or Post Graduation
