1 Sales Leadership:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales and relationship management teams, setting clear sales targets, and driving them to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

2 Client Acquisition:

  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the emerging corporate sector, identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships.

3 Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

4 Business Targets:

  • Ensure the achievement of budgetary targets, including Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size, while continuously seeking opportunities for growth.

5 Team Management:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the sales and relationship management teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to maximize team productivity and results.

6 Market Penetration:

  • Identify and develop new markets and segments within the emerging corporate sector to expand the business footprint.

7 Cross-Selling:

  • Implement cross-selling strategies to promote other retail banking products and services within the portfolio of emerging corporate clients.

8 Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with the team to drive lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients.

9 Sales Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, product offerings, and market insights based on client feedback and market trends.

10 Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and company policies, processes, and reporting systems.

Qualifications -

Minimum Degree: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline .
