Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead having up to 8 years experience with strong hands-on development and debugging expertise. The ideal candidate must have deep platform knowledge, proven experience with Flow Designer, and mid-to-advanced integration capabilities. Exposure to telecom domain projects and Telecom Service Management (TSM) will be a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate must have deep platform knowledge, proven experience with Flow Designer, and mid-to-advanced integration capabilities. Exposure to telecom domain projects and Telecom Service Management (TSM) will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Perform advanced debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer (mandatory).
- Build and manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs and Service Portal
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules (ITSM)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills (logs, transactions, performance issues)
- Mandatory expertise in Flow Designer (complex flows, sub flows, error handling)
- Integrations: REST & SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub
- Web services, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of update sets and instance management
- Telecom domain project experience
- Exposure to Telecom Service Management (TSM)
- Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in a Technical Lead or senior developer role
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle complex technical scenarios independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ownership mindset with delivery focus
