Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communication initiatives. The role involves conceptualizing and designing visual assets across digital and offline platforms while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate should balance creativity with clarity, especially in a healthcare or professional services context.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, and WhatsApp campaigns

Create offline collaterals such as posters, brochures, standees, flyers, presentations, and event materials

Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets

Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to translate briefs into effective visuals

Design creatives for doctor profiles, patient education material, webinars, events, and campaigns

Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms

Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines

Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently

Maintain organized design files and brand assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working knowledge of Canva (mandatory)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Good to Have

Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-based industries

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)

Understanding of social media trends and performance creatives

Soft Skills

Clear communication and understanding of briefs

Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently

Strong time management and ownership mindset

Collaborative and team-oriented approach
