Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Employee Central – Global Benefits module
Design and maintain benefit programs, eligibility rules, enrollments, and workflows
Configure MDF objects, Business Rules, and Event Derivations
Manage country-specific benefit localization requirements
Perform data migration, data validation, and system testing (SIT/UAT)
Support integrations between EC and Payroll / third-party benefit providers
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Hands-on experience in Employee Central configuration
Strong knowledge of Global Benefits setup
Experience with MDF, Business Rules, Workflows
Understanding of HR processes (Hire, Transfer, Termination)
Experience in implementation or support projects
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
