Description:

Interact with customers at all levels within an organization tsuccessful interpret and understand business needs and translate business process intacceptable ServiceNow criteria, stories and test cases.
Facilitate review sessions and demos with functional owners and end-user representatives
Participate in end tend implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
Write and review QA and UAT well-structured test plans, conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution.
Take ownership of Client customization tbe functional post ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure resolution
Working with the ServiceNow Development Team tdevelop release estimates and timelines, maintaining a ServiceNow project schedule ttrack projects/backlog, patch releases and major ServiceNow upgrade planning.
Translate technical complexities tproject stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions, and identify downstream implications of a proposed solution.
Creates and Maintains the ServiceNow Product solution documentation.
Conducts Patch and Major ServiceNow Upgrades testing.
Develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
