Financial Crimes Technology Advanced Level Consultant
Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) is a dynamic and fast-paced global group within the Non-Financial Risk (NFRT) organization. We are responsible for implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions for the firm Global Financial Crimes division which manages the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/PEP & Adverse News Screenings, Know your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption programs. Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) has global presence supporting the Firm line of business (Wealth Management, Institutional Banking & Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, and Investment Management). Our technology stack includes broad variety of proprietary and in-house developed solutions as well vendor products.
We would like to hire hands on Intermediate level Consultant Developer that will be responsible for design and delivery of technology solutions for alert review and investigations squad. Candidate will be working with the squad to implement multiple scenarios using the strategic architecture for our next generation solution and to drive innovation while meeting regulatory expectations. Candidate should have led the implementation of multiple large scale projects, worked with global technology teams and should possess proven track record of successful delivery. Domain expertise of financial crimes technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities will include:
- Design and delivery of various alert generations and case creation workflows.
- Migrate existing legacy scenarios/processes to strategic architecture.
- Understand and implement strategic solution as well as identify tactical solutions when necessary.
- Write code that accurately reflects the requirements and design documents.
- Coach junior team members to maximize their performance and potential
- Work with team leadership to further technology led transformation agenda
- Proactively seek knowledge through external and internal sources
- Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments
- 5+ years of experience with strong development experience in core Java technology.
- Hands on development experience with UI Application in Angular, JavaScript, Typescript.
- Experienced in automated testing using BDD and/or TDD
- Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data lineage using PL/SQL
- Experience with design methodologies and patterns, such as SOA, Layered Architecture, and Component-based Architecture
- Experience of working in Agile projects
- Bachelors in computer science or a related Field, master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity of JIRA, Autosys, Continuous Deployment Pipeline (Jenkins), Gradle and Kotlin tooling
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills
- Experience in Financial Crimes tools/platform such as Actimize
- Financial Services/Financial Crimes Technology experience
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Big data technology certification and/or Java developer certification
- Experience in Python, Machine Learning, predictive Analytics
