Job Description: Senior UI/UX Designer (Fintech - UPI Help) Position Overview We are looking for a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design evolution of our UPI Help ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for simplifying complex financial dispute resolutions and automated support workflows for millions of users. You will bridge the gap between technical banking backends and intuitive, high-trust user interfaces. Key Responsibilities User Journey Mapping: Map out complex transaction failure scenarios (e.g., amount debited but not credited, pending mandates, wrong transfers) and design seamless paths to resolution. Conversational UI (CUI): Design AI-driven chatbot interfaces and automated support f lows that feel human, empathetic, and efficient. Fintech Specialization: Ensure all designs comply with NPCI guidelines and standard UPI security protocols while maintaining a premium look and feel. Prototyping & Testing: Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test "error states " and "waiting states " to reduce user anxiety during financial discrepancies. Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze user drop-off points in the dispute filing process and iterate designs to improve successful complaint completion rates. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2.5+ years in UI/UX design, preferably within Fintech, Digital Payments, or E-commerce. Fintech Literacy: Deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem (VPA, AutoPay, Mandates, PSP vs TPAP). Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma. Experience with Framer or Protopie for high-fidelity animations is a plus. Visual Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, intuitive information architecture, and accessible color palettes. Empathy-First Design: Ability to design for "stress cases " how to communicate with a user who has just lost money or faced a failed transaction. Why Join Us?
