Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Director, Enterprise Sales to lead new business growth for Aditi’s IT & Engineering services portfolio across India. This is a true hunting role, focused on driving revenue in external/internal MSP staffing and Digital Engineering Services. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strong relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers, and expand our enterprise client base.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and MSP clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and recruitment teams to craft tailored workforce solutions.
  • Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, and pricing agreements to meet profitability targets.
Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Engage regularly with procurement, HR, and business leaders to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Aditi at client meetings, industry events, and conferences. (Up to 33% travel required.)
Team & Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — operations, legal, and HR — to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise accounts.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.
  • Leverage data and market insights to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value propositions.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of enterprise and/or MSP sales experience in the staffing or services industry.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience selling into procurement and HR (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
