Posting Title : CIS SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT Qualification : Any graduation Experience : 5 to 7 years Must Have Skills : Strong experience in CIS Service Delivery Management, including incident, problem, and change management processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. Knowledge of ITIL framework, SLA/KPI tracking, and service governance practices. Good to Have Skills : Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, or infrastructure management tools. ITIL/Foundation or Service Management certifications. Exposure to automation, reporting dashboards, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CIS service delivery operations while ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve incidents, drive problem management, and improve service quality. Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, conduct review meetings, and implement continuous improvement plans for operational efficiency.
