APN Consulting Inc. is seeking a dynamic Domestic Recruiter to join our team in Noida, You will be responsible for candidate sourcing within the IT industry, leveraging your communication skills and industry knowledge to identify top talent.

Role & Responsibility: -

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from Indian based clients
• . Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status Desired Candidate

• Looking for a 1 to 4 years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferably should have experience of working with implementation & Direct Clients
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be from Domestic staffing recruitment background.
• Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
• Must be proactive & self-driven.
• Must be a quick thinker.
