Job Description

5-7 years of ServiceNow experience working on third party integrations preference with ADO.
Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow APIs.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups etc
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
Experience to write test scripts for the integrations.
