Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / ITSM Consultant (3 Positions)
Experience: 3–6 years

Open roles : 1 Sr. developer and 2 mid level.

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to support the ITSM pillar for Client. The team will focus on implementing and optimizing modules such as Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Virtual Agent, Portal Development, Service Catalog, and Walk-up.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Develop user-friendly and scalable solutions across Service Catalog, Employee Center, and Knowledge
• Work with the Virtual Agent framework to build and enhance conversational experiences.
• Portal Development.
• Implement Walk-up module workflows and integrations
• Perform unit testing and support UAT cycles
• Collaborate with the ITSM Lead and cross-functional teams for successful delivery

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following: Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, Portal Development, Employee Center, Knowledge, Walk-up
• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
