Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Experience: 5 years (with minimum 2.5 years in HRSD)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain HR services, case and knowledge templates, and lifecycle events.
• Implement client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and server-side scripting.
• Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
• Participate in unit testing, QA cycles, and defect resolution.
• Work closely with the HRSD Lead and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.
• Understanding of HR processes and HR data handling.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, and catalog item creation.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, HRSD Fundamentals.
