Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HRSD-related technical and functional discussions.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage a team of ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Oversee configuration, customization, scripting, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform solution reviews and quality checks across deliverables.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with end-users and administrators.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and configuration.
- Deep understanding of HR workflows, case management, and lifecycle events.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Employee Center.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: Certified System Administrator, HRSD Implementation Specialist, or equivalent.
