We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer with strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management to build and maintain enterprise-scale infrastructure visibility solutions.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Maintain and optimize CMDB (data model, health, governance)
- Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Develop integrations with monitoring tools and external systems
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
- Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams
- Identify and resolve performance and data issues
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt
- CMDB design and data governance
- MID Server setup and troubleshooting
- Scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
- Basic knowledge of networking, cloud, and infrastructure
