Role : Service Now Developer
Module : (ITOM/ CSM/ HRSD / Now Assist, Gen AI , Service Portal )
Must Have : Integration and Scripting experience .
ITOM Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and AIOps initiatives.
- Improve infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency through automation.
- Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and service mapping accuracy.
CSM Responsibilities
- Design and optimize customer service workflows and case management processes.
- Enhance customer experience through automation, AI-assisted interactions, self-service portals, and omnichannel support.
- Improve SLA performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
HRSD Responsibilities
- Manage employee service delivery solutions including HR case management, employee lifecycle workflows, knowledge management, and employee centers.
- Drive employee experience transformation using digital workflows and AI-powered automation.
Now Assist & Gen AI Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.
- Drive Gen AI use cases including:
- AI-powered case summarization
- Virtual Agent enhancements
- Knowledge generation
- Intelligent search
- Automated resolution recommendations
- Conversational self-service experiences
- Collaborate with business and security teams to establish responsible AI governance and compliance practices.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven operational efficiency and productivity improvements.
Service Portal Responsibilities
- Design and manage modern, responsive Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
- Customize widgets, integrations, branding, and user journeys.
- Improve usability, accessibility, and digital self-service adoption.
