Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, UI customization, and client-side/server-side scripting to deliver user-friendly and scalable portal solutions.
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components.
- Create and maintain widgets, themes, pages, and UI components.
- Develop custom client-side (JavaScript, AngularJS) and server-side scripts.
- Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve portal performance and functionality issues.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, security, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide documentation and support for developed solutions.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security model and ACLs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
