Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ITSM Lead to head the ServiceNow implementation for client across core ITSM modules and digital workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow and proven leadership in similar enterprise rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Walk-up modules
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define delivery roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the ITSM team
• Review and approve designs, configurations, and integrations
• Ensure alignment with best practices and SCB standards
• Own project planning, resource management, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams as needed

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Expertise in core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Strong knowledge of Employee Center, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations or upgrades
• ITIL certified (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
