AI Expert Agent Development Collaborative AI Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Claude AI Expert with strong experience in AI agent development collaborative AI systems (co-work environments) and AI-driven skill development frameworks. The ideal candidate will design build and optimize intelligent agents leveraging Claude and related LLM ecosystems to enhance business workflows and human-AI collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Development Design and develop intelligent AI agents using Claude or similar LLM platforms Build multi-step reasoning workflows and autonomous task execution systems Integrate agents with APIs| databases| and enterprise systems Implement prompt engineering| memory handling| and context management Optimize agent performance reliability and scalability
2. Co-work Collaborative AI Systems Develop AI systems that enhance human-AI collaboration (co-work environments) Build tools where AI assists teams in real-time decision-making and task execution Design conversational workflows for business users (non-technical stakeholders) Enable multi-agent collaboration and orchestration Improve productivity through AI-assisted automation
3. Skill Development Enablement Create AI-powered learning and upskilling systems Design adaptive learning agents for employee training and development Build knowledge assistants and internal AI copilots Conduct workshops and training sessions on AI tools and best practices Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks for AI adoption Technical Skills Strong experience with Claude AI LLMs Generative AI platforms Proficiency in Python| JavaScript| or similar programming languages Experience with Prompt engineering and prompt chaining Agent frameworks (e.g.| LangChain| custom agent architectures) API integrations and microservices Understanding of NLP concepts Vector databases and embeddings RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Hands-on experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents Knowledge of multi-agent systems and orchestration Experience with memory systems and contextual reasoning Ability to evaluate and fine-tune AI outputs
