Location: Hybrid only (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata/Delhi/Mumbai)

Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.

Work you'll do:
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you would be expected to perform the following activities:
Design, deploy, and manage Discovery and Service Mapping solutions for both on-premises and cloud resources
Define, set up, and maintain the Discovery infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, and mid-servers
Design and build service maps for critical business applications supporting operational visibility and effective incident response
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document and validate application and service dependencies, ensuring service maps reflect accurate relationships.
Identify and remediate mapping gaps, ensuring up-to-date service relationships
Establish and manage governance frameworks to uphold the integrity of Discovery and Service Mapping processes
Create and regularly update technical documentation for all Discovery and Service Mapping activities and configurations
Ensure that Discovery and Service Mapping are performing as expected
Define, create, and monitor Discovery / Service Mapping health reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve any Discovery and Service Mapping issues, minimizing disruption and maintaining data accuracy
Design, implement, and sustain integrations between Discovery/Service Mapping and other integrations, ensuring seamless CMDB population.
Participate in client presentations and technical discussions, acting as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Work with the Client teams (US and member firms) to create work-products as per client requirements

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3-8 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow Discovery, including ServiceNow Cloud Discovery
Practical experience working with cloud resources such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud APIs, and Cloud Containers in ServiceNow environments
In-depth understanding of CMDB Query Builder, configuration item (CI) relationships, and their relevance to accurate service mapping
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery governance frameworks, including associated processes, procedures, and documentation
Strong knowledge of IP Subnets to develop effective ServiceNow Discovery schedules
Experience designing and implementing MID-Servers for ServiceNow Discovery
Experience creating / updating ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules
Experience must include knowledge and troubleshooting skills of IRE rules, discovery logs, patterns and probes
Working knowledge of network and web protocols including HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST
System administration experience using SHELL/BASH and / or PowerShell
Familiarity with XML and JSON/script language concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory), CAD & ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals
Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-D)
Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping

Education:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in information technology or related field
