Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Develop high-level diagram and detailed designs for Service Map implementation.
- Design integration solutions with other systems and platforms i.e. Monitoring mapping etc.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between Project team, ServiceNow implementation team and business stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements.

Process Documentation:
- Create detailed reports and documentation for future reference.

Validation and Testing:
- Validate service maps to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct testing to verify that the service maps meet business requirements.

Training (Demo) and Support:
- Provide training (Demo) to stakeholders on how to use and interpret service maps.
- Offer ongoing support to ensure effective use of service mapping tools.

Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure that service mapping processes comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain governance models around service mapping.
