Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to connect with enterprises requiring IT staffing and SOW services. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying evaluation processes, decision-makers, and buying cycles. They will focus on securing key meetings with prospective clients and play an instrumental role in the growth of APN Consulting’s IT staffing and ServiceNow services.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and target enterprises in need of IT staffing and SOW solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, outbound calls, email campaigns, and other methods.

Client Engagement and Qualification:
- Initiate conversations to understand client evaluation processes and decision-making hierarchies.
- Identify and qualify potential clients’ specific needs, buying cycles, and key stakeholders.

Sales Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the outside sales team with identified key decision-makers.

Relationship Building:
- Establish rapport with client contacts and nurture relationships to support long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with the business development team to tailor messaging that resonates with clients’ needs.

Market Awareness and Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry changes impacting IT staffing and ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach with company campaigns and market positioning.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Track lead activities, outcomes, and conversions, providing regular progress updates.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to document all activities, maintain accurate records, and analyze outreach efficiency.

Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in IT staffing or consulting services.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
- Proven ability to understand complex sales processes, including client evaluation and procurement cycles.

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT staffing and ServiceNow solutions is preferred.
