Job Description:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Testers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and automation testing using ATF. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases, as well as identifying issues and ensuring platform stability.

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Testers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and automation testing using ATF. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases, as well as identifying issues and ensuring platform stability.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and functional testing within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and update existing automated test cases as per platform changes.
- Identify bugs and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Ensure testing is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Report testing results and progress to QA/Test Manager or Project Leads.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
- Experience with manual testing and basic API testing is a plus.
- Ability to create and manage test data.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- ISTQB Certification (optional but preferred).
