Duration- Long term Contract


Job description-

Primary Modules:

  • Operational Resilience Core (ORC):
    Focuses on ensuring an organization's ability to continue operations during disruptions by linking processes, risks, and issues to continuity plans.

  • Vendor Risk Management (VR):
    Helps assess and monitor third-party/vendor risks, streamlining vendor onboarding and risk assessments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules—especially ORC and VR.

  • Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

  • Build integrations with third-party tools (for vendor data, risk metrics, etc.).

  • Configure risk assessments, risk indicators, and continuity plans.

  • Implement access controls, data security, and reporting dashboards.

  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and IT teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

  • Participate in UAT, documentation, and post-deployment support.


Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC, especially ORC and Vendor Risk.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST)

    • Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

  • Proficiency in:

    • JavaScript, HTML/CSS (for UI/UX customization)

    • ServiceNow Studio and Application Scope

  • Familiarity with Table schema, ACLs, Data Policies, and Transform Maps

  • Experience with Agile delivery models and working in Scrum teams
