Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for IT operations using ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents using these tools.
- Work with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT services and timely issue resolution.
- ServiceNow – Strong experience in ITSM modules.
- Dynatrace – Monitoring and performance analysis.
- Splunk – Log analysis and dashboard creation.
