Technical requirements :

ServiceNow Developer in SAM module (Software Asset Mgmt )

• 3 years of development experience in ServiceNow SAM module
• In depth understanding of end to end Software Asset Management process framework comprising the SAM Tool and its interaction with Contracts , Procurement , Publisher Owner Teams

• Understanding of Contracts, Entitlements and Licencing and other relevant terms used in SAM process

• Experience of setting up process framework for either SAM or HAM ( preferably SAM ) for a client

• Understanding of CMDB and Discovery process in relation to the SAM processes

• Be able to conduct process related workshops with Client , drive the same and align on the Final process framework including any workflow changes , additional Service Requests etc.

• Be able to do Client Demo on the process framework and create process documentation

• Conduct Training sessions on Process Framework to different Client Publisher Teams

• create new Catalog forms with Workflows and Flow Designers and also update the forms and workflows based on requirement

• create Notifications to notify users about expiring Contracts, Multi-Year Contracts etc

• archive Contracts and Software Entitlements which are no longer needed

• work on mapping Business Applications to their relevant Software Models, Software Entitlements and Contracts

• work on updating field values like Cost Centers, Start & End dates and other fields in Contracts

• work on UI policies, Views and Client Scripts also

• create new Fields like Reference fields, Check boxes, Multiple Choice fields etc
