INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
• Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP UI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core components is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP GUI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is an added advantage.

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and customize SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and SAP development guidelines.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP applications.
• Document and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our SAP landscape.
• Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal development.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources effectively, and maintain strong communication with the team.
