Senior Sales Operations Analyst
As the Sales Operations Specialist at SentinelOne, you will play a critical role in optimizing how prospect and account data flows across our go-to-market systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable routing and data management processes that ensure records are accurately captured, matched, assigned, and maintained in Salesforce and LeanData.
This role requires strong technical expertise in LeanData and Salesforce, along with a deep understanding of data integrity, system integrations, and cross-functional operational alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building efficient, automated processes that improve data quality and drive operational excellence.
What will you do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design, build and maintain complex routing flows using LeanData's FlowBuilder to ensure records are assigned accurately in real time
- Continuously refine routing logic to align with evolving go-to-market strategies and territory models
- Ensure data integrity across systems by managing matching rules, deduplication processes with the Data Governance team, and account alignment
- Utilize enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enhance record completeness and for routing accuracy
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies to maintain a clean and reliable CRM environment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Channel operation teams to translate go-to-market strategy into scalable routing workflows and automation
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integrations
- Monitor routing performance and troubleshoot assignment failures and process gaps
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in system workflows and implement solutions that improve operational speed and accuracy
- Work closely with Sales and Revenue stakeholders to document business requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve routing framework, automation and data governance standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routing and data management inquiries in Jira
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 5+ years in a business or sales operations role
- Excellent communicator both in-person and virtually
- Advanced experience with LeanData routing technology and Salesforce CRM
- Hands-on experience configuring complex routing logic within LeanData FlowBuilder (must have)
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, account hierarchies, and territory models
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify process gaps, and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Results driven, self motivated and ability to multitask and problem solve
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
