Program Manager (Delivery), 8-16 years

Job Description Responsible for managing multiple projects - planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects to successful closure Work closely with Sales to ensure Account growth and contribute to solutioning & pre-sales Forecast capacity and resource allocation and provide management with needed data Effectively identify and manage risks and issues in the project Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations Accountable for all project deliverables and managing the project team Streamlining project management process and ensure project management adherence Adopt a mobile specific project execution methodology, identify best practices and continuously improve and lead process innovation Desired Skills 8-16 + years of experience preferably working in a large Systems Integrator Strong understanding of Project profitability & success metrics Should have Delivery Management experience with multiple PMs reporting on Delivery Should have strong experience in end-to-end IT project management Should have worked on global projects with distributed teams spread across various timezones Deep commitment to supporting the business which includes flexibility to work off hours when needed Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Should have a proven ability to present information to all levels of management Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organization alignment Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to drive results Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
