What would you do exactly?

  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from requirements gathering (inception) to post-go-live support (completion)
  • Implement and deploy cloud solutions accommodating industry-specific business needs and management processes, regulatory and business requirements
  • Lead the design and delivery of complexSalesforcesolutions, focusing strongly on Sales Cloud, CPQ, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes
  • Conduct discovery workshops to develop a strong understanding of an organization's business processes
  • Architect solutions withinSalesforceand be able to defend design decisions
  • Lead delivery of a project or a major area within aSalesforceproject. Distribute work to resources within the project and oversee/QA their work to ensure timely delivery. Mentor junior consultants and lead small teams
  • Liaise with delivery teams outside ofSalesforce(e.g. ERP) to understand the implications of design decisions on those downstream platforms
  • Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping documents resulting from the mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, handling implementations.
  • CPQ and Sales Cloud certification and experience are a must-have.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • English Proficiency C1 - Advanced
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in Financial, Accounting, Professional Services, Software, or Manufacturing business processes

    Desirable Skills:
  • NetSuite knowledge is a huge plus
  • Having experience with waterfall and agile methodologies would be a valuable asset
  • Having consulting experience in other ERP and CRM solutions would be a valuable addition


The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, a team player, and should possess the ability to plan their work around competing priorities.
