UX/UI Designer

Role:- UX/UI Designer Experience:- 5-8 Years Required Skills :- Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma & Axure/Balsamiq Responsibility:- UI Designer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project. Depending on client requirements, as a designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following. Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits Wireframes Navigation Structures Story Boards Interactive Guidelines Click through Prototypes Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams Responsible for ensuring design quality, consistency and coherence of user interfaces across products. Collaborate with product & visual designers to understand new requirements for the design system which is used across all products in consumer and supply side of all businesses. Collaborate with front-end engineers to understand their constraints and needs for easy execution of the design system. Ideate, execute, maintain and update the UI components, interactions, patterns etc. Actively participate in seeking new ideas to improve workflow and efficiency of the design team.Skills and Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in design positions in successful high-growth eCommerce/internet, online media or software product companies. Proficiency in Tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma & Axure/Balsamiq. Demonstrated leader with ability to attract outstanding talent, create and sustain a culture of high performance. Strong technical ability; capable of conducting mission-critical design discussions with Product Managers and business leads. Skilled at implementing and optimizing organizational structure and creative development processes that allow the design team to scale with the company. Product-minded design leader with the confidence and ability to be a thought-partner to business leads and CEO. Track record of translating product vision into actionable plans that lead to the creation of high-quality user experience and engagement.
