Job Role : Data Analyst/Finance

Proficiency in Dashboarding, advanced MS Excel

• Experience in reporting, MIS and data analysis - handling large quantity of data, using pivot tables
• Knowledge and experience of SQL, AWS(DEX), Power Query, Power BI , VBA or other analytics tools and languages is must. DWH Tables knowledge will be added advantage.

• Education and experience required for this role is Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience;

• Good communication skills and strong work-ethic

With relevant tools and language certification.

• Designing dashboards depicting business insights to management
• Analyzing and highlighting various trends, anomalies and issues observed in different processes
• Implementing systems that promote automation and reduce manual activities for both reporting and operational activities
• Ensure timely & accurate reporting of all business and product MIS
• Handling ad-hoc intelligence requests from Business /BIU team
• Ability to handle a team will be an advantage
• Suggest process improvements & system enhancements
• Periodic process changes to be incorporated in the SOP
• Co-ordination with various teams to streamline MIS reports

• Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms

• Act on the feedback given on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
