Phygital Marketing Designer & Animator

Role Overview
We are looking for a Phygital Marketing Designer & Animator to create high-impact visual and motion creatives for both digital and offline marketing channels. The role focuses on brand storytelling, product marketing, and customer engagement, with limited support to App UI/UX design when required.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Growth, and UI/UX teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and performance-driven creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute product marketing designs across digital and offline channels with strong brand consistency.
Design creatives for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and product marketing pages.
Create social media creatives including posts, carousels, reels, banners, and short videos.
Develop motion graphics and animations for social media, ads, product explainers, and brand storytelling.
Design print-ready assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, and event collaterals.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Support brand identity development, rebranding initiatives, and visual guidelines.
Use AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, asset creation, and variations.
Provide light UI/UX design support when required.
Maintain design libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with design trends, animation styles, and marketing best practices.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
2-4+ years of experience as a Digital / Product Marketing / Motion Designer.
Strong understanding of brand design, product storytelling, and marketing visuals.
Experience in website and landing page design.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects.
Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and short-form videos.
Experience with digital and print design.
Familiarity with AI tools for design and content support.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in fast-paced or Agile environments is a plus.
Good to Have
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Familiarity with React / Flutter UI concepts.
Exposure to performance marketing creatives.
Experience creating design systems and brand guidelines.
