Job Title: Dy. Manager/Manager ER/IR/HR Division: Switchgear Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Unit HR Location: Nashik SIZE : 2 Supervision: (Numbers of reportees to the incumbent) Direct : 2------------ 1. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (Key Task)(job description) 1. To carry out all statutory compliances under factories act & Various labour laws. 2. To establish, maintain a grievance handling mechanism and address grievance. 3. Handle Litigation and court matters. 4. Deploy a Contract labour Management System and ensure compliances. 5. Maintain & Implement IR strategies to meet cordial industrial relation, Responsible for liaison with Govt bodies and other external parties. 6. Initiate and implement welfare schemes/ER activities, 7. To carry our recruitment, promotion, re-deployment of workmen so as to have optimal utilization of manpower. 8. Accountable for workemen PMS and promotions 9. Ensure proper Time Management system . 10. Induction , Job Rotation and skill building at plant level. 11. Responsible for maintaining general Discipline 12. The candidate should have experience in all HR and IR activities 13. Wage agreements/settlements,long term settlements,Handled Labour Union Matter & Internal Labour Union Agreement. 14. Grievances handling,union negotiation,labour laws,union relation,Government Liasions and statutory compliances. 2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Fundamental) Education Qualification: MBA/MPM/PGDM/PGDBM(HR/Personnel/IR) Additional Qualification: LLB Experience: 9 - 15 yrs (Post qualification) 3. KEY INTERACTIONS: OPERATING NETWORK Internal External Workmen,Executives Liaisoning with government officials 4.
